• Keep it to yourself. Don't publish it or pass it outside your own organisation. Sharing with your own colleagues is fine, same terms.
• Your data stays yours. Not shared with other users, not sold, used only to run the software for you.
• Three years, or until it's public some other way.
• It's not a partnership or a promise the software keeps working or stays free. It will change.
