This is what you agree to when you tick the box on the signup page. It is deliberately short and in plain English, because an agreement nobody reads protects nobody.
While you use MLT Marketing Lab you will see things that are not public: how the software works, what it can and cannot do, screens and features that have not been released, pricing that has not been announced, and anything Media Lab Technologies tells you is confidential. Those are the confidential information this covers.
You agree not to share confidential information with anyone outside your own organisation, and not to publish it — no screenshots on social media, no writing about unreleased features, no passing the software or your invite key to people who were not invited.
You may share it with people inside your own organisation who need it to do their work, as long as they keep to the same terms.
Anything already public, anything you already knew before you saw it here, anything you work out independently without using what you saw here, and anything a court or regulator requires you to disclose.
This runs the other way too. Your client data, account access and anything you put into the software stays yours. Media Lab Technologies will not share it with other users or sell it, and will use it only to operate the software for you. Your conversations with the assistant are sent to Anthropic's API to be answered, and are not used to train models.
If you suggest an improvement, Media Lab Technologies can use it without owing you anything. That is not a claim on your business or your methods — only on ideas you volunteer about this software.
Three years from the day you agree, or until the information becomes public some other way, whichever comes first. You can stop using the software at any time; this section survives that.
This is not a partnership, an employment agreement, an exclusivity deal, or a promise that the software will keep working, keep any particular feature, or stay free. It is early software and it will change.
Ticking the box on the signup page is your agreement to the above. We record which version you agreed to and when.
